Terms of Service

By using the services provided by Upgrade Your Yard, a division of Ashjian Capital, LLC

("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all service agreements, communications, and interactions with our business.

1. Services

We specialize in residential landscaping design, installation, and financing-backed enhancements tailored for the Phoenix, AZ region. Details regarding project scope, costs, and timelines will be outlined in written proposals or invoices.

2. Estimates and Payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. A deposit may be required to initiate services. Final payment is due upon project completion unless an alternate arrangement is agreed to in writing. Financing options may be available through our partners and are subject to approval.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

To cancel a project, written notice must be provided at least 48 hours prior to scheduled work. Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on labor or materials already committed.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and timely access to your property, communicate any changes promptly, and ensure the site remains free of hazards that could interfere with scheduled work.

5. Warranties and Liability

We stand by the quality of our work. However, natural wear and tear, misuse, or damage from external forces (weather, pests, etc.) are not covered under our warranty. We are not liable for project delays caused by events beyond our control, such as weather or supply chain issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, renderings, photographs, and marketing materials created by Upgrade Your Yard remain our intellectual property and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at

and are available upon request.
